Not searching enough. The role requires an in depth knowledge base and a high level of practical expertise. More questions should have been asked and experience of working on a ward in the clinical area examined in detail

Application then interview invite. Interveiw appeared geared towards internal applications as very specific references to policies/initiates you would only be aware of when internal. Feedback said I should have contacted to know more about the specifics. However when I did this prior interview I either didn't get responsed or didn't get much information and was told to refer to the job description.
