The panel had 3 people, 2 from HR and one was a stake holder of the business, followed by a one hour written assessment. The interview process was tech based the questions asked were about the most challenging ER case work and now I had resolved it.

The interview questions they were looking to see if I would refer to NHS polices. The written assessment also has case studies which were now to see if I would adhere to policies that were already in place.
