Apply, Letter, Interview with Minimum 3 Managers, ask variety of questions, Quality Management, Understanding if Working Laboratory, UKAS, Previous Experience, Transferrable Skills, Strengths and Weaknesses. Good Interview, questions were asked which were relevant to job.
