Fairly easy and quick. Calm environment. Feedback was fast. Simple interview questions to get to know the person. Started the job right after been given job offer. They needed volunteers because of staff shortage.

Was simple asked questions about my interests and character was too far away to volunteer was given a booklet to look at careers in the NHS so interview was good and the interviewer was a nice woman
lists of questions, who you are what you study and what brings you into the field of medicine/caretaking. 1 on 1 - must complete safety fire hazards, background check and proof of residence.
