I have been interviewed for the position of Lab IT support analyst specialist. It was a virtual interview in teams since I requested as I was not able to attend interview in-person. I prepared well for the interview and there were 3 panel members asking 3 questions each. I answered all of them but unfortunately I got an email the next day saying that I wasn't selected. The interview panel sent my interview feedback over email which I wasn't satisfied. Although I mentioned about my previous experience with SQL and analytics, I believe that they didn't understand my accent as Scottish accent would be different.
