I applied through campus placements. There were 3 interview rounds, first one was a written test and then 2 rounds of interview. At first the panel members seemed strict but as the process began it eased down. All of them were very straight forward and kind.

What are your future plans? why NIIT? Why this profile? if you prefer to work alone or in a team? How do you manage a team? What gives you motivation? How do you learn?
The interview process is comprehensive in which they evaluate both technical & soft skills. They ask general questions in Level 1 & more technical ones in level 2 which is generally a written test to test your written communication skills.

It was 10-15 min long. I was asked 7 questions in total. Initially he asked me about OSI model, 3 questions then 2 on web development and rest was about my resume.

I was asked very normal interview questions and it went very well. The problem is I was offered the job then never heard back after the offer. Very disappointing because they strung me along for a while.
