The interview was a panel with the hiring manager and 3 team leads. It took about an hour and they each asked a competency / situational question. They are looking for specific examples in the STAR format.

Tell me a time when you had multiple competing priorities and how did you go about handling them?
It was longer than I expected but it was good. I didn’t expect the hiring process to be as long either. I know they are a big company but it took too long to even here a reply from them.

The interview was straight forward and the basic who are you questions and what can you bring to the company. In addition they asked questions about your background experience and how they relate to the current position. They also gave me an overview of the day to day operations.
Group interview at first and then a one to one interview. If you get through the group interview then you will most likely get the job as they want to see you arn daicuss starting dates
