Starts with phone interview with recruiter ( helps to know someone to help you get that phone screen ), and they will pass you on to a panel interview most likely, three people usually. Might be another phone screen in there from the hiring manager. Process just depends on time of year, and how quickly they need someone. Could happen in a week, could take a month.

They seemed uneducated and they dont have a good level of profesionalism. They ask questions from chatgpt kinda and they dont ask you stuff really relevant. I had the feeling all the time "what the heck they ask me". Not recommended to work there.
