It was a 30 min phone interview. The person who interviewed me was so kind and treated me with courtesy. She asked me about my work experience, my soft skills and some other personal and professional questions.

Tell me about a previous bad experience and how did you handle it?
I had 5 interviews over the course of 2 weeks. Almost all of the questions were behavioral tell me about a time when you did x or z. They were all related to nikes core principals. I heard back and was given an offer and negotiated salary and pay with HR.

Average and good to learn questions. Questions was answerable and easy to answer. No. Need much preparation to attend and answer. Good for those who like to learn for of a working life adult
