I got reached by email by HR to do an onljne video interview, really easy interview really not getting into any technical details, just to get to know more about your behavior and skills, if you would fit in Nike’s procurement team, then in the end you have like a simulation of a conversation on WhatsApp with a different colleagues to see your reaction to different situations, then another useless game about face expressions, kinda funny though.
After this, I had to wait for two months to hear back from them (red flag) sending me a rejection (generic email of course) where it says I am not the matching profile, which I doubt, so far there were supposed to be three stages in the whole process.

Applied in late February, took them a while to answer. First invited me to the video recorded interview through HireVue. You have 30 sec to prepare, and then record your answer in 2 min. Basic questions like "What makes you Nike ?" and about your motivation. After about 1 month I was asked for a video call with 2 managers, for about 45 min. It was strictly related to the position, and about my expectations for that job, as well as my motivations in joining that specific team. Later, I was sent a business case I had 24h to solve. It was about the launch of a new product, and I had to solve some sourcing activities for it. Was not too easy, and no specifications or requirements were given. You are very free to develop your answer, which can be positive or negative. Apparently my case solution did not convince them, and they said they preferred candidates with deeper procurement knowledge and experience.
