It was quick and easy. I had to explain my previous experience and why I would be a good fit for the position. We also briefly spoke about safety at the job.

Overall it was easy very stern question and you have to be on point.Make a great impression and you will do great just be yourrself and honest and they will go foward with the next step .I heard from them months later.
