Two people interviewed me as I guided them through my portfolio. It was a very easy-going interview, mostly explaining my work and they would occasionally ask me typical interview questions, or questions about my design choices on a specific project.

Why do want to work for them and what can you bring to the table? This gets asked at any interview, but with Nike it's very important that you can describe exactly how THEY would benefit from hiring you, as they are always looking to innovate.
Nike’s interview process was structured and professional. It started with a recruiter screening followed by interviews focusing on behavioral questions, teamwork, and cultural fit. The process was smooth overall, though communication between stages could be slightly slow. Overall, a positive and insightful experience.

Panel interview with questions on experience and team focus. Setting is very casual and personable. Made sure to elaborate on questions and have stories to describe projects or scenarios. Hiring process does take awhile.

It was really fun. Good questions, felt comfortable. A little dry. They're very buttoned up here. Hot tip: Wear Nike shoes to the interview. I also have a lot of friends who work here, and job security isn't really a thing, so everyone can be on edge.
