The intern interview has two stages: first a Skype interview, then a local panel interview. I was contacted through email to set up an initial interview through Skype. The questions were general questions that are asked in other normal interviews. (30 min) 1. Self introduction 2. Why Nike 3. What you know about Nike 4. When can you start working It took them about another week to set up another panel interview. There were four interviewers. The questions are a bit more related to the actual job. (1hr) 1. Self introduction 2. Whether you are interested in statistics 3. Whether you are familiar with the software they use for experimental design 4. How you deal with conflicts between team members when working in a team 5. Do you have any questions 6. When can you start 7. What you expect from Nike

The interview process was straightforward. There was an initial HireVue, then two zoom interviews with people on the team. They asked behavioral questions about your experiences. They also asked one question about your problem solving skills when given a scenario how would you solve it in an organized way.
