Straightforward in the sense that they ask SMART interview questions, but if you give an ambiguous response they'll push you once to get more specific and then move on -- but ding you for not having an answer. This shouldn't be an issue as if you're going to add value, you should be able to speak to your past and future potential contributions.

Easy interview. First hireview asked questions about background mostly. Typical questions about what you did when facing a conflict. They asked about a time when you wanted to quit and how you faced it.

Didn’t get the job. Interview was pretty straightforward, no different than what you would typically expect. Not technical in any way. Pretty standard personality based interview. I had a hirevue first before this interview, it’s worth noting.
