Applied online, set up an interview online. took about 3 weeks and interview was on zoom. was in the interview with 3 other people and took about an hour. Asked pretty basic questions.

Talk about an experience when you had to solve a problem with a group and what was your contribution
The process was very quick and simple. It’s wasn’t anything to stress over. Just be yourself. The questions asked were not challenging especially if you already have retail experience and answers will just come naturally. If you don’t have any retail experience, the questions asked are also simply related to everyday life

Virtual interview where you respond to questions with a video recording. Two attempts on video recordings. There is no human interaction on the interview or while using the platform. Received offer almost immediately after submitting
Everything is online so you just record videos to the questions. You get 3 minutes to record each answer and you can’t retake the video once. You don’t get to interview with a person thanks to the pandemic.
