Was called back shortly after applying. Then had an interview and management was beyond nice. The questions were simple given a situation or from past history of a situation. After the questions you are asked for your availability again and you're ready to go.

Quick and easy, first round is about 15 minute HireVue interview with about 6 questions on retail experience. Its all recorded responses so it isn't super intimidating. Next would be the in person interviews which is more of getting to know your character.
