I applied online through a Nike Website. It was a local store so that's the one I applied to. I got a call about a week later and they made me schedule a phone interview. After I finished my phone interview, I got an invitation for a group interview. The group interview was with the hiring manager at a restaurant. (No food provided) and there were 7 or 8 other interviewees. I wore a polo and khakis but the dress was casual. (Some people were wearing nike T-shirts.) They advised against wearing competitor's clothing as that would lead to an automatic non-hire.

Online with easy questions. Two attempts per question it was super simple. You take a video answering the questions. Very customer service based questions. Took a while to hear back but after the online interviews there are no further interviews.

Applied online, took a test only about 30 min long, got an online video interview, and the interview is recorded at home its really simple and straight forward questions. Surprisingly don't ask many questions about nike and shoes despite why you'd be a good fit for the company and currently waiting to hear back. (will update upon the response).
