The interview process was a long process. Starts with a phone interview and if you pass that then it goes to a panel. The panel will have leadership form other stores and one or two from the hiring store. When the interviews are done, and if you are hired you go through a Rookie Camp before hitting the floor.

Applied online. Was contacted on the phone 3-4 weeks later and we set up a date for a Zoom call. The interview lasted around 40 minutes and was difficult in the sense that the question put forward was more directed about me and who I am as a person rather than my experience and what I can contribute with.
