The interview process was pretty standard. There were five potential employees, including me, being interviewed by 3 managers. They were friendly and highlighted some of their favorite sport events they took part in. Then asked about any favorite sports and what play. They went on to ask standard questions about previous jobs, etc.
Obviously, If you don't like sports or don't have much experience in them, then you shouldn't apply here. About 3 of the 6 or 7 questions they asked were sports-related

Apply online. Called them to ask about my application. Gave me an interview. Went to the interview. Then they tell you if they want you or not. If you do, they ask you when you can start working and might do a background check.
