Colloquio
1. telephone interview - tell me about yourself, what do you know about nike, why do you want to work at nike
2. group interview - sell a product, bring an item that describes your personality, mention your sporting idol or a sporting moment, ice breaker you have to talk about someone else
3. one to one group interveiw - depends, it varies on what they ask

nothing, simple basic usual questions - just research the brand and make sure you dont wear any competitive brands cause nike are over the top an you wont get the job if they see you in competitive brand clothing

La entrevista grupal constó de 6 personas. Comenzamos con una actividad de papiroflexia para evaluar el trabajo en equipo mientras nos presentábamos y compartíamos nuestras cualidades. Después respondimos preguntas sobre resolución de problemas en tienda con alto volumen de clientes y capacidad de organización.

It was very straight forward, the whole interview was recording your questions to answers and you had two tries for each question. All the questions were technical and didn't ask about past experiences.
