Fun and light! Since COVID the interviews have been conducted online, however, the setting between candidate and interviewer is a fun and enjoyable experience. After answering a questionnaire and completing a scenario based quiz, the branch manager will reach out with an variety of days to pick from for your interview. The entire process takes about 48-72 hours total.

La entrevista grupal constó de 6 personas. Comenzamos con una actividad de papiroflexia para evaluar el trabajo en equipo mientras nos presentábamos y compartíamos nuestras cualidades. Después respondimos preguntas sobre resolución de problemas en tienda con alto volumen de clientes y capacidad de organización.

It was very straight forward, the whole interview was recording your questions to answers and you had two tries for each question. All the questions were technical and didn't ask about past experiences.
