I applied online via Nike.com. I got a call about two days later that was a quick phone screen asking my availability, experience, just standard initial screen questions. We scheduled a time to go in for an interview which was 2 days later. Went in for group interview with 6 other candidates. The questions were super specific but nothing too difficult.

Name a time someone gave you a direction that you didn't understand and then wasn't around to clarify what they meant. Did you team up with other people to accomplish it or what did you do?
applied online on the Nike website and was contacted within a week to sort out an appropriate time for an interview, then had a zoom interview, process was relatively quick and found out within 2 days that I had got the job.

Its done in a group setting. Make sure you take lead on answering the question and have a time where you go last. Listen to the question and if you confused ask them to repeat it or explain it better. relax and crack a joke. its all about who you are and what you can bring to the table.
