First they will call you to conduct a phone interview. If you say you're passionate about a sport they will move forward and schedule you for an in-store group interview. you will then go to the store along with about 10 other people and you will be interviewed by 2 people.

Online with easy questions. Two attempts per question it was super simple. You take a video answering the questions. Very customer service based questions. Took a while to hear back but after the online interviews there are no further interviews.

Applied online, took a test only about 30 min long, got an online video interview, and the interview is recorded at home its really simple and straight forward questions. Surprisingly don't ask many questions about nike and shoes despite why you'd be a good fit for the company and currently waiting to hear back. (will update upon the response).
