First you are called by a representative and asked a short series of questions including what your passion was as far as sports or being active, what your favorite nike product is, how you would deal with a difficult situation, then asked about your availability. FYI, even if your question answers were perfect and exactly what they want, they will only continue on to invite you to an in person GROUP interview (about 4 at a time) if your availability works for what their currently looking for.

Quick and easy, first round is about 15 minute HireVue interview with about 6 questions on retail experience. Its all recorded responses so it isn't super intimidating. Next would be the in person interviews which is more of getting to know your character.

Had a live interview with 2 HR members, and 2 other interviewees. They asked 5 total questions that are all behavioral. The interview moved quickly and we took turns to answer questions.
