Colloquio
I recently had the pleasure of interviewing for the Software Engineer position at Nike, and I must say, it was an absolutely phenomenal experience that left me feeling inspired and excited about the prospect of joining such an innovative and forward-thinking company.

Domanda 1
Problem-Solving Prowess: "Imagine you're faced with a complex software bug that's affecting a critical system. Walk us through your process of identifying, troubleshooting, and ultimately solving the issue, emphasizing your problem-solving skills."
The interview process consisted of two technical rounds followed by one managerial round. I did not receive an offer after the process, but the overall experience was positive. The recruiter contacted me, and within three days the interviews were scheduled, which reflected an efficient hiring process. All the interview panelists were professional, supportive, and approachable throughout the discussions. They asked relevant questions, provided clarification whenever needed, and created a comfortable environment that allowed me to express my thoughts confidently. Even though the outcome was not favorable, I appreciated the experience and the opportunity to interact with the team.
There are several rounds of technical interviews with different senior engineers and the hiring manager on the team. A minimum of one behavioral interview where it is very important to highlight why Nike compared to other companies specifically.
