first round was phone conversation. second round was phone interview with several team members. third round was take home test. fourth round was team fit interview. offer made after round four.

Several rounds. One with HR, one with Tech Writers, another with Cyber Team. Most questions are about how you approach writing for different customers/partners throughout the company (strategy, marketing, cyber, etc) and how you tailor your approach.
