nike career site and recruiter - the process to set up the interview was fine. the actual interview(s) were not. I interviewed for 4 different positions. One was a panel interview where I was asked about skills not on my resume nor anywhere in the job description or function. The interviewer continued to ask similar questions after responding I had no knowledge of the particular technical skill. Another later interview was 90 mins long with a director, I thought it went well, but he had someone internal in mind for the job. It was a waste of both of our time.
