The interview process was simple. There was a panel of 3 people that asked various questions to gauge selling skills, and experiences. They wanted to get to know you and your work history, and also about what drives you as an employee. They put a lot of effort into their interviews to reveal your passion for sport and for the company.

Online with easy questions. Two attempts per question it was super simple. You take a video answering the questions. Very customer service based questions. Took a while to hear back but after the online interviews there are no further interviews.

Applied online, took a test only about 30 min long, got an online video interview, and the interview is recorded at home its really simple and straight forward questions. Surprisingly don't ask many questions about nike and shoes despite why you'd be a good fit for the company and currently waiting to hear back. (will update upon the response).
