I never really had a real interview. I met with the assistant store manager. He really just asked me basic questions like why do you what to work for Nike, why should we hire you. They did a back ground check and as long as i passed that, that was really it
Interview process is all through zoom calls. You get interviewed by three separate mangers. All questions can also be found online, but for the most part you just need to show flexibility, processes you can create and how passionate you are to work with the company.
