Colloquio
It is a group interview usually with the two operations manager. There are around 4-5 other people sitting down in the interview with you. The managers asks everyone the same answer and sometimes asks them in different orders. Also they asked a few questions to the other candidates that they may not ask you.

La entrevista grupal constó de 6 personas. Comenzamos con una actividad de papiroflexia para evaluar el trabajo en equipo mientras nos presentábamos y compartíamos nuestras cualidades. Después respondimos preguntas sobre resolución de problemas en tienda con alto volumen de clientes y capacidad de organización.

It was very straight forward, the whole interview was recording your questions to answers and you had two tries for each question. All the questions were technical and didn't ask about past experiences.
