The written test is very normal in Chinese including math and logical test.
Then 2-3 round of 1 to 1 interview online or face 2 face interview.
The first round is BU interview with 2 BU leaders. Questions are about nio and the product.
The Second round is Vp and HRBP. Questions are about the motivation.

Not the best experience, it felt like they are a traditional OEM in their strategy, way of thinking, and overall company culture. Non technical questions, mainly based around "tell me a time when" questions.
