I applied online,process took about a month. I was scheduled an interview at Pancevo oil refinery. Some time after interview I was called by recuriter and informed that my internship was approved by managment.

Mostly motivational questions. The HR's goal was to see how much the candidates were motivated for internship. Some other interns had more than one interview so experience may varite.
