After being contacted by HR I was invited to attend an interview with two senior team members. It was a behavioural based interview where ithey tried to assess not only my capabilities but also my fit with the organisation. Overall it was a very informal and pleasant experience. Upon leaving I was given no indication of further steps etc. although I could have also asked. Almost 2 months after the initial interview I still have had no feedback and although I enquired, was told that the position is still open and they are still interviewing. Although I enjoyed my initial interaction, I am disappointed by the lack of feedback and follow-up.
