screening with recruiter then video call with one of the hiring managers in the HR department. Manager was not interested to begin with and did not ask much questions, I did most of the talking

The overall interview process was fine. Was neither satisfied or disappointed with it. Just a normal process though I will say they weren't transparent on the job title. I received an offer and the job title was different than what I had applied for.

I interviewed via a recruiter. I had an informal chat with the recruiter, followed by a 2nd interview with the department head. It was a two-way conversation about what attracted me to the company, what I thought I could bring to the role and my previous experience.
