It was a very pleasant and smooth experience. I submitted a CV on LinkedIn and received an email to schedule a phone interview 2 weeks later. The phone interview was pleasant, with basic interview questions asked. It was clear the interviewer had taken the time to read my materials, which was nice. The interviewer also went overtime answering my questions about the position. I moved to the second round of interviewing and was given an editing assignment (not timed) to complete. It wasn't particularly difficult. I submitted it and was told the hiring managers would reach out to me to schedule a video interview. However, I received an email letting me know the position was filled a few weeks after I submitted my exercise. When I asked for feedback on my application, I received a very kind response and encouragement to keep an eye out for future openings.

Went through 45 minutes of questions that was too much in my opinion, then had a surprise on the spot assessment they had me do in 10 minutes while on camera and awkwardly waiting on me. Terrible experience. I am used to having to do assessments for possible jobs but they email them to you and give you a time period to email it back. This was totally on the spot and in my opinion unprofessional. Told me I would find out within a week and waited 2 weeks to get a decline
