Very simple. 2 interviews conducted by area rgm, which will be followed by an interview with the area director. Both are very simple, short. Seems there is no real effort put forth.

They asked how you get along with others. Also want to know how you work through not agreeing with your boss. Of course I now know why that question is asked. There are no mail restaurant managers in this area and women are constantly bullied by the male AGM. There are no mail assistant managers. And you can only be a male shift manager if you meet a certain profile
