It was very bad. The interviewer did not show any interest in learning about me. She talked the whole time and did not ask me a single question. It was a bad experience that did not benefit either of us.

There are several rounds of interviews with different members of the team, plus other departments. There is also an editing assignment that I was given a week to complete. For this podcast PA position, the assignment was to produce a sample of an interview for air.
