I applied online and got a phone call from a human resources representative for a screening. She asked me some basic questions to confirm my information, and then asked if I had my CMD certification. I pointed out that I did not, and that my resume states I am CMD-eligible (it's very clearly stated; I'm not sure how she missed it). She apologized and said the position requires CMD certification, and that CMD-eligible is not enough.
