The interview is pretty straightforward asking standard behavioral questions and questions related to the job requirements. They will want to know about your subject knowledge and admin skills. They also value event planning skills.
The interview process was 3 rounds - the first was with the hiring manager, the second with someone on the team, and the third was a four person panel including the original hiring manager. My qualm with this process was that it took around 2 months to complete

Applied through the portal, was invited to the initial phone screening, then an interview with two people on the team, didn't make it to the third round (which would've been the direct supervisor for the position)... everything was very spaced out and not many interim updates.

The interviewer was very good at asking questions and actively catering the conversation around what was being discussed and factoring in facts about me. They were friendly and kind and cordial.
