I applied to the posting for executive assistant to CEO on Ziprecruiter. HR sent me an email the next day to schedule an interview. The interview was scheduled with the next following 5 days. There are 2 virtual interviews and one final interview onsite

Colloquio
1st interview was with a recruiter on a video call.
2nd interview was with the Executive I would be working for. I found it incredibly refreshing to have a one-on-one with the person I would directly be working for.
3rd interview was on site and had three different parts. The 1st was speaking with two managers, the 2nd was with the Sr. Executive Assistant to COO, and the final part was speaking face to face with the executive I would be working for.
Standard questions.
Followed up about half a week later and was told they had proceeded with someone else. Sent a follow-up email thanking them for their time and requesting feedback on my resume and interviewing but did not hear back which was disappointing. Feedback used to be standard, what is this world coming to?
