Interview with three managers and two other employees. Interview with three managers separately and the two employees together. If you made it to the interview that was the battle. Be a normal person and talk about your experiences. The environment is mostly young. Read what NRG is about. Be somewhat confident in your abilities. Wear a TIE.
Lenghty and very time consuming; I went through a panel interview. Questions are pretty standard interview questions. I prefer not to share these details to the public. Please do not publish.

Fairly normal compared to any other interview, 3 - 4 member Panel Interview, Pretty regular interview questions, Nothing odd or confusing; typically straight forward. I would review the niche subjects of the position.

It was a two-step process. Had the first one over the phone with the manager. The second interview was in person with the same manager and a supervisor. The whole process took roughly 2-3 weeks.
