Before even submitting my application to NSHSS I had checked Glassdoor to find a below-average experience by both employees and those who had interviewed at the company. I chose to ignore. My first interview was conducted via zoom with two employees at the company. Roughly an hour of conversation discussing the role and my career interests. I was moved to the second round of interviewing the following week which was done in person with 3 senior executives. Questions felt invasive and irrelevant just as the previous candidate on Glassdoor had mentioned. I was contacted by the end of the week with an offer for a different position with someone else’s name on the offer letter and the expectation of signing the same day. Gentile negotiations exposed NSHSS to NOT be the place to nurture professional growth in any capacity. Spared is what I would consider myself, I was given the offer letter on a Friday and it was rescinded on the next business day of Monday after one communication of negotiation.
