Very friendly and easy interview/hiring process. I had an inside track with a past co-worker as part of the interview. The two interviewers and I had similar backgrounds, the majority of the interview was telling stories and talking about mutual friends. The hiring process was all via e-mail and once notified of my selection salary negation took place via e-mail and was quick and easy.
