Horrible! People I interviewed with were Retired On Active Duty and clearly waiting to serve their time until they officially retire. No enthusiasm or understanding the world has changed for selling into DoD since the early 2000s.

Very quick and smooth multi-step process. Had to speak to recruiter, take an aptitude test, followed by 3 interviews with the Sales Manager, SVP, and CRO. Great communication on all levels and let me know immediately after each interview that I made it to next level.
