Applied online which they responded wanting a phone interview.
This was followed by 2 Video Conferences in the Brisbane office with managers the remote managers. The team manager in Sydney and the business unit manager in Melbourne.
There was also a background check and a very strange personality test.

What is the most difficult interpersonal challenge you have faced in a working environment?
Not too many technical questions. Very laid back interview process. They made me feel like a close friend during the interview. Nice team introduction. I would reccomend this company to a friend.

Interviewed at NTT DATA for a system admin role. The process was thorough, focusing on technical skills and problem-solving abilities. Positive experience with professional and insightful interactions. Interview person was so nice when we had conversations.
Interview process took around 2 months as its very tedious process accepted the offer from NTT.
