Simple interview. They focus on what they are looking for. You have a few phone screens and then are called in for a interview with management. Asked to prepare a small strategy behind your approach with sales. Even run through a cold call script.

Very quick and smooth multi-step process. Had to speak to recruiter, take an aptitude test, followed by 3 interviews with the Sales Manager, SVP, and CRO. Great communication on all levels and let me know immediately after each interview that I made it to next level.
