I didn't have a good experience with the overall interview process, from coordination to scheduling the interview with the Senior Manager - HR at NTT Data Payment Solutions. I was only sent a job description; no proper explanation was given about the open role. One of the Senior Executives - HR who contacted me seemed very laid-back and didn't respond promptly. After multiple follow-ups, they scheduled the interview. Additionally, the interviewer should have shown more understanding by keeping their camera on during the interview. I had no clue whom I was talking to, except for the name mentioned on the screen. I would suggest that senior management look into this process. As a Senior Manager - HR, I typically spend at least 15 minutes explaining the role in detail during my initial call with the candidate for the position we are hiring for. All our hiring managers keep their cameras on while interviewing candidates, regardless of the role or position they are being hired for. Overall, I had a very bad experience with NTT.
