The interview process took place over four stages. The first was a telephone interview, followed by a meeting with the HR manager; the department manager, and finally; the marketing director. I was treated respectfully and courteously. Most of the questions I was asked during the interview were related to the job specification but some of them took me by surprise. Salary not specified to begin with but the company met my requirements.
