I was interviewed at the Sydney office. I followed up with the recruiter regarding the result after a week and said they are still in progress of reviewing the candidates. I tried to follow up again but never got a reply. To the HR please don’t be rude and be responsible to reply to the applications and provide feedback the same way you arrange the interview appointments. Please understand we are looking for a job and not just playing.

Four steps, starting with initial screening and 3 interview stages all remote, process took 8 weeks. Initial screening call was positive and outlined the process. First stage was a presentation on how I’d approach a service meeting. After a week I received a rejection email, only to be called 2 days later saying it was a mistake and I was progressing, which was concerning but I decided to continue. Second stage was a balanced scorecard interview with questions that felt more like consultant level. Final stage was a panel to assess suitability against the role, very focused on incident management. Although not successful I was told I may be a fit for another role, prepared another presentation, then a week later was informed that role was being withdrawn. Overall the experience felt disorganised, long-winded and poorly managed. The suitability stage should have been the first step. At no point did an interviewer ask anything about me as a person.
