The interview process was around 2 weeks long. I had a phone call from a recruiter saying that Dimension Data wanted to see me for an interview. I went to Dimension Data in Fleet 2 days later, and had my first interview with the Service Desk Manager, and the Head of IT Services. It involved one person being present and one being on a web conference. It was quite intimidating, but they were very genuine and treated me with respect, which I greatly appreciated. The second interview was around 8 days later, in which I was the only candidate to get through. They used a lot of different tectical interview methods to catch me out, but I think I did well. It was with a HR advisor, and the Head of IT Services again. All in all, it was a good experience.
